Matthew
As a matter of interest, Matthew, a home-bred champion, won the prestigious Royal Melbourne Show Best of Breed for three consecutive years, owner-handled. On his third win in 1996, he went on to win Best Exhibit — a remarkable achievement. At the time, he was the only Pomeranian to have won this honour in over fifty years, and to my knowledge, no other Pomeranian has achieved this since.

Not all these Poms live with me, some are with my partner Susie and others have been retired. I left the pictures up as that gives you the idea of what Poms I/we breed.

Our Breeding Philosophy

My approach to breeding has been shaped by experience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the long-term health and soundness of every dog I bring into the world.
Over the years, I have learned that true quality goes far beyond appearance or show success. While achievements in the ring are rewarding, they mean little without strength, soundness, and well-being behind them.
For this reason, I am highly selective in my breeding decisions. I always assess a dog’s faults carefully — often before considering their virtues — because it is through honesty and responsibility that the future of the breed is protected.
There are certain traits and health concerns that I will not compromise on. When I identify issues that should not be carried forward, those dogs are not bred from and are instead placed in loving pet homes.
My priority has always been — and will always remain — to produce healthy, happy, and well-balanced companions, with both beauty and soundness at the heart of every decision.
