One of the rarest colours seen in Pomeranians is the true blue.

This is not a faded black or poor colouring, but a distinct diluted shade that appears as a soft slate blue — similar to the blue seen in British Shorthair cats.

What makes this colour especially unique is that it is evident from birth and develops beautifully as the puppy matures.

To my knowledge, only one other breeder in Australia and myself have successfully bred a true blue Pomeranian, making it an exceptionally rare colour.
